Who We Are

Two decades ago, Health Link Home Health and Hospice was born from a vision of compassion, care, and the unwavering belief that everyone deserves to receive healthcare in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. Founded by Alla Reykhel, a nurse with a heart full of empathy and a deep understanding of the healthcare needs within our community, Health Link has grown from a small, passionate team into a leading provider of home health and hospice care in the Bay Area.

Our Values - F.A.C.T.S.

F: Focus on the Patient
This is our number one focus. In every decision we make, we ask ourselves, "Is this decision in the best interest of our patient?" Our commitment to patient-centered care is unwavering, and it guides all our clinical decisions to ensure that we are always acting in the best interest of those we serve.
A: Act with Integrity

We uphold the highest standard of integrity, following the rules without cutting corners. Our team is committed to taking the road less traveled, going the extra mile, and doing the right thing, even when it's challenging. We take ownership of our decisions and our mistakes, always striving to be transparent and allowing others to evaluate our performance openly.

C: Community Partnership

Serving the community is at the heart of what we do. Home health is based on trust and reliability. Our partners refer their patients to us, trusting us to treat them well both clinically and from a customer service perspective. We value these long-term relationships and are committed to making it easy to work with us, ensuring that we can continue to serve more patients effectively.

T: Team Appreciation

We believe in treating our team with respect and providing them with the tools they need to be rewarded for excellence. A culture of appreciation permeates our organization, recognizing the effort and good work of our team members. Leaders are ready to dig in when needed, demonstrating that no job is too small in our pursuit of excellence.

S: Strive to Improve

Our drive to be the best means there is always room for improvement. We evaluate ourselves not against others but against our performance from yesterday, seeking inspiration from successful companies and individuals while focusing on how we can better serve our patients and partners today.

How we Keep
Our Promises

Choosing home health care offers a multitude of benefits for patients and their families, making it a preferred option for those who require medical services without the need to stay in a hospital or regularly visit a clinic
Get Feedback
The easiest way to know if your organization is upholding its brand promise is by simply asking. When your brand promise is neglected, your employees, referral partners, and patient’s will feel it.
Make it Measurable
With many brand promise examples, the promise becomes too many things in an attempt to be everything to everybody, and ends up being nothing to anyone. For your brand promise to be effective, it must be measurable. If you can’t define what your promise means, you can’t measure it. If you can’t measure, you can’t manage.
Conduct Organization Audits
Taking the initiative to perform regular audits of the organization’s efforts, goals, successes, and failures will not only show the areas needing improvement but will also communicate to members and stakeholders the importance of that brand promise.-
